Returns Policy

If you happen to change your mind, all items can be returned within a 30 day period, starting from the day after you receive your order. Please notify us for a seamless return process via email at support@toloer.com .

We only accept returns for customer remorse on the following conditions:

  • For items with a manufacturer seal, the manufacturer seal must be unopened
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all original accessories

shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Returning an order

You can return the product through the following process.
1.Contact us via email at  support@toloer.com, and state the reason of your return.
2. We check your order and provide you with a return address after you meet the return conditions, and we will provide you with the nearest return address based on your address.
3. Pack the item neatly and carefully and send the item.
4. We wait for the return package to be delivered and check the package contents.
5. Process refund or exchange for you within 5 working days

 

Returns Timeline

Since we face global customers, we support free returns in countries where we have local warehouses. For other countries where we do not have warehouses, we do not currently support returns using return labels. You need to contact the local logistics provider for returns at your own expense.

1. After submitting a refund or exchange request by contacting us, we will notify you of the review result and provide you with our return address, please note that the return shipping fee needs to be borne by the customer.

2. After you send the return package, it will take about 10-20 days for the package to arrive at our return address.

3. We will wait for your package to arrive. We will process your refund within 7 days of receiving your package. Refunds will be returned to your original payment account. During this period, if we find any problems, we will contact you through your email, please pay attention to your email inbox.

 

 

Cancelling an order

You have 12 hours days before the item(s) have been shipped to cancel your order.

In case your order has already been shipped, kindly follow the return policies stated above that correspond to your reason of return.

 

Lost shipments

If at least 2 days have elapsed since the expected delivery date, please contact our customer service via email at  support@toloer.com and allow us at least 5 days to investigate the item(s) whereabouts with the courier service. If we cannot track your shipment after the 5 day investigation, the shipment will be declared lost and you will be entitled to a full refund or we will send a replacement if you choose so.

Please fill in the correct delivery address when placing an order. If delivery fails or is delivered to another address due to an incorrect delivery address, you are responsible for it.

Refund process

The refund will be initiated once your product is received back in our warehouse and inspected by our team. Once approved, the refund take 5-10 business days to process. Refunds will be made in the original method of payment.
